Full refund eligibility
Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if their project has not been initiated within 10 days of purchase.
Project hold and cancellation
- Clients may place a project on hold for up to one month. If the client remains unreachable after that, the project is canceled with no refund.
- Refunds cannot be requested after three revision requests.
Refund requests
Refunds must be formally requested and are reviewed case by case.
Fraudulent transactions
If a fraudulent credit card transaction is detected, the project is canceled without a refund.
